Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of mental illness. This course gives tools to help friends, family members, colleagues, and others in the community. Participants who completed the course are certified in Mental Health First Aid for three (3) years.
This training will be held on March 24th at the offices of HFSC, located at 8214 Armstrong Circle in Bellevue. The session will begin at 8:00am and conclude at 4:30pm, lunch will be provided. Registration is limited so please register early.
