Food Resources in Sarpy & Douglas Counties

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services confirmed it will pause Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits as the federal government shutdown continues. The U.S. Department of Agriculture notified the state that federally funded SNAP benefits for November will be delayed.

People who currently receive SNAP benefits may still use any remaining balance on their EBT cards and unspent benefits are accessible for nine months from the date of last use. In the meantime, here are resources that can be accessed if needed. This page will continue to be updated as information is available.

If you want your organization’s name added to this page, please send the organization’s  name, address, phone, website address, hours of operation and the counties you serve to hello@liftupsarpycounty.org.
