Bellevue Housing Agency is providing notice that on April 13th, 2022, it will begin accepting on-line applications for the Mainstream Voucher Program Waitlist. After 30 applications have been received, the waiting list will be closed to new applications. The Mainstream Voucher Program provides federal voucher rental assistance for eligible non-elderly disabled households in Sarpy County.
An eligible applicant is defined as a household composed of one or more non-elderly person with disabilities, which may include additional household members who are non-elderly persons with disabilities. A non-elderly person is defined as a person 18 years of age or older and less than 62 years of age.
Applicants who are non-elderly persons with disabilities and provide documentation at the time they turn in their pre-application to support that they are transitioning out of an institutional and other segregated setting, at serious risk of institutionalization, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, will be given a preference over those who do not meet the criteria.
The Pre-application form will be available on-line at www.sarpyhousingapplications.org at 9:00AM on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022. Our office will be open ONLY for people who do not have computer access or need assistance.
If you are a person with disabilities that limit your ability to access the online application process, please contact BHA at 402-734-5448 to request a reasonable accommodation.
