The Salvation Army has released its locations for the 2022 Kids Cruisin’ Kitchen. You can download the flyer here.
Summer is a particularly challenging time for families experiencing food insecurity because kids aren’t eating meals in school and parents often struggle with additional food and child care costs. The Kids Cruisin’ Kitchen program helps bridge the gap for these families by serving meals to kids in need via our mobile canteens (food trucks), which travel around to various locations throughout the city. Children 18 years of age and younger are eligible for meals.
Kids Cruisin’ Kitchen meals will be served by Salvation Army teams out of Salvation Army canteens. Want to volunteer? Click here.
