Lift Up Sarpy County and the clients we serve would like to thank everyone who supported and attended this year’s Shining Stars, held on October 10 at the Peter Fink American Muscle Car Museum. This year’s Shining Stars included the City of Bellevue (award accepted by Bellevue Mayor, Rusty Hike), Bellevue Together and WoodSprings Suites. Big Block sponsors of the event included Hy-Vee and Pinnacle Bank.
Attendees enjoyed the culinary creations from Chef John Ford and his son, Austin of Contemporary Food Management. The build-your-slider-bar was a hit. Everyone enjoyed rthe self-guided tour of the amazing array of cars in the collection; in fact most attendees said they would return next year to finish the tour since they could not possible enjoy all of the cars in one evening.
